Pet policy:  We are a pet friendly hotel! You must add on your pets when making your reservation. A $50 +tax per pet, per reservation fee applies to each reservation. Maximum of 2 pets.

Pet rules: All pets MUST be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Please be respectful of others animals/guests. Please keep your pets off of the furniture. An additional $25 +tax cleaning fee will apply if there is evidence of pets on furniture. Please do not leave pets unattended as to not disrupt other guests.

Wifi Internet access:  Our complimentary Wifi Internet can be accessed by selecting the strongest Sun & Sand Network to you and entering the password provided at check in.

Cleaning:  We do not provide cleaning throughout your stay unless previously arranged. Extra towels can be provided for no extra fee upon request.

Maximum room occupancy:  Please note the maximum occupancy per standard room and kitchenette rooms is 4. The apartment has a maximum occupancy of 8. The house has a maximum occupancy of 10. All reservations must be in compliance.  Reservations that have more people staying in a room than the maximum occupancy allowed may be asked to leave without refund. 

Cancellation policy:  We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date (by midnight).  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the stay.

Extended Stay Cancellation Policy: For reservations of 7 nights or more, shortening the stay after check-in will incur a fee of 20% of the unused nights.

Parking:  Parking is free during your stay.

Pool: The pool is heated and open seasonally from late May (Memorial Day) through early September (Labor Day). It is closed from September through early May. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, guests can use the pool at their own risk. For safety reasons, children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm.  We do our best to accommodate early check-in requests however we cannot guarantee them. We are a self check-in facility. You will be provided with an individual access code prior to your arrival. 

Check-out by 10:00am. We cannot accommodate late check outs under any circumstances

Credit card charge policies:  By making this reservation, you confirm that the provided credit card details are valid, and that Sun & Sand Resort may charge the provided credit card at any time prior to arrival.  By submitting your credit card information, your room is being guaranteed.  The guest on the reservation must be one of the guests staying during the reservation.   

Smoking Policy:  There is NO SMOKING in the rooms.  This includes cigarettes, marijuana, vaping/vapes and any other devices.  If you are found in violation of this policy, you will incur a charge of $500.   

Quiet hours:  For the comfort of all of our guests, please observe the quiet hours between 10:00pm to 8:00am. 

Loss Liability:  Sun & Sand Resort does not assume responsibility for loss of money, jewelry, devices or any other valuables.  We are not responsible for contents left in guest rooms or guest vehicles. 

Bicycles:  We Do Not allow bicycles to be stored in the rooms

Room damages and theft:  We may charge your card post-departure for any damage to the room or for theft of any room items. 

Check-in age:  Guests checking in must be at least 18 years of age.  Sun & Sand Resort reserves the right to verify the guest's age by their driver's license, state ID card, national ID card, passport, or similar ID. 

Privacy policy:  We handle with utmost care all guest information, including credit card details and email addresses, provided to us either directly by the guest or by third-party booking services. See Privacy & Cookies on our website for more information.

Right to refuse service:  Sun & Sand Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed not in compliance with these terms of service.
