Welcome to Sun & Sand Resort! We’re Nick and Brittany, the new owners of this beloved retreat, and we’re thrilled to share it with you. Originally owned by Gary and Beth Knoblock for 40 years, Sun & Sand has always been a special getaway, and we’re honored to carry forward their legacy. The entire property underwent a complete transformation in Spring 2025. The building was taken down to the studs and fully rebuilt with all-new electrical, plumbing, and insulation for modern comfort and efficiency. Every room was thoughtfully redesigned and finished with brand-new furnishings, stylish décor, and updated in-room amenities to create a fresh, inviting experience for every guest.

Modeled after 1950s Palm Springs, Sun & Sand offers a unique and stylish experience for you and your guests. The property features an in-ground pool, outdoor activities, grills, a fire pit, and beach access right across the road. With 16 rooms, a two-bedroom apartment, and a three-bedroom house, there are plenty of accommodation options to suit groups of all sizes, making it the perfect destination for your Port Austin getaway.
